How do I make a reservation?

Use the Book page to send your date, service address, guest count and contact details. The booking team will confirm availability and next steps.

How much does the hibachi service cost?

The starter estimate is $55 per adult and $10 per child, with a $550 party minimum. Local travel, upgrades, taxes or service-area pricing may apply.

How do I pay?

Payment timing and accepted methods are confirmed with your reservation. The starter workflow supports a remaining balance after service.

When do I confirm the final guest count and menu?

Your assigned booking team will provide the final confirmation deadline with the reservation details.

Can I add or remove guests after booking?

Usually yes before the final confirmation deadline. Changes may affect the estimate, minimum or chef assignment.

What if we have fewer than ten guests?

Smaller groups are welcome when the party minimum is met.

Food, Menu & Dietary Needs

What is included with each hibachi meal?

Starter meals include a choice of proteins with vegetables and fried rice. Exact inclusions and upgrades are confirmed on the local menu.

What proteins and upgrades are available?

Common options include chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, vegetables, tofu, filet mignon and lobster tail. Availability varies by service area.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Dietary requests should be disclosed before the event. The team will explain available substitutions and cross-contact limitations.

Do you use nuts or sesame products?

Some sauces and ingredients may contain sesame or other allergens. Share every allergy before booking so the team can provide current ingredient guidance.

Can you accommodate other food allergies?

Many requests can be planned, but an outdoor mobile kitchen cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Confirm all restrictions in writing.

Setup, Weather & Event Experience

Do you cook inside homes?

The standard setup is outdoors in a safe, level and ventilated area approved by the property or venue.

When will the chef arrive?

Arrival and setup timing are included in the final confirmation. Keep the cooking area clear and ready before the scheduled arrival.

How much space does the chef need?

Space requirements depend on the grill and guest layout. Send photos or measurements if the area is tight.

What happens if it rains?

A safe outdoor cover may be required. Weather, wind and property restrictions can delay, relocate or reschedule service.

Do you clean up after the event?

The chef cleans the cooking equipment and immediate workstation. Hosts remain responsible for guest dining areas, trash and venue rules.

The cancellation and change policy provided with your reservation controls. Ask before booking if the event date may move.

Guest and cooking-area safety

Guests must remain clear of the grill and follow chef instructions. Children require active adult supervision.

Vacation rental and venue responsibility

The host must obtain property permission and confirm that outdoor cooking, heat and open-flame equipment are allowed.

Food allergy and dietary responsibility

Hosts must provide accurate allergy information in advance. Special requests are not confirmed until accepted by the booking team.
