Reservation confirmation

A website request or estimate does not confirm a reservation. An event is confirmed only after the assigned booking team accepts the date, address, guest count, menu and required payment.

Safety and property permission

The customer is responsible for a safe outdoor cooking area, property or venue permission, guest supervision and accurate allergy information. Service may be adjusted, delayed, relocated or stopped when reasonably necessary for safety.

Weather and changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, travel and weather terms supplied with the individual confirmation control that event.
